Good laptop with dedicated graphics card

Hi

I want to buy a new good spec laptop which will last me a while

I need a small screen, and a dedicated graphics card as i want work on digital photographs

Can people please help
There is no need to run outside
For better seeing,
Nor to peer from a window.

    I wouldn't have thought you would need a dedicated card for Photo editting. Spending money on graphics cards is really only necessary for 3d stuff. Photo editing should be fine on anything nowadays.
