Hello all,
I have recently made a complaint to PremierTravelinn about a recent 2 night stay, in which I was kept awake most of the night by a terrible extractor fan in the bathroom of the hotel room. A week later, I have been informed I will be refunded for my stay because of this! So, if you have had a less than satsfactory stay in their hotels let them know!

This was part of Travel Inn's policy, that they decided to keep when they merged.
I worked nights at Travel Inn for a while, and would refund someone at least once a night, no questions asked. However, if anyone intends to complain, be aware that the complaint needs to be something to do with the room and not the food. The most you will get for bad food is a refund on the poor item.Gone ... or have I?0 -
I have refunded a few times with travelodge. They are usually good with complaints/refunds too.

I stayed in a Travel Inn (back in 2002) where the curtain rail in my room had fallen down meaning that I couldn't pull the curtains. I complained in writing that I hadn't had a good nights sleep but they said that the gurantee wasn't actually part of their terms and conditions and wouldn't give me any money back.
Maybe they've improved..............0
