Life Assurance - help needed....please

I have recently applied for life assurance and the company has turned down my application due a medical condition I have had for the last 10 years or so. In the time I have had this condition I have never being turned down before, they usually hike up the premium which I expected this time.
I wish to appeal against this company, but do not have a clue how to go about writing a letter of appeal. If someone would point me the right direction it would of great help.
My health has not got any worse since I have had this condition, infact I feel better now than 10 years ago. I regularly exercise and eat a balanced diet.
Any help would be appreciated.

It's really up to the company if they want to insure you or not, if they don't then you should just try another company.0

Get the adviser to contact underwriting on your behalf and get them to find out why they dont want to offer cover.I wish to appeal against this company, but do not have a clue how to go about writing a letter of appeal. If someone would point me the right direction it would of great help.
At the end of the day, the insurer is within its rights to reject cover to anyone without fear of the FOS overuling them except on cases of prejudice. The decision to offer cover or not is a commercial one.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Thanks for the advice. Still waiting for one more company to give me their reply. If they say no, then I'll have to take it further.0
