couple of questions...

does anyone use this service? how do you find it?

also the last page of the form mentioned a credit check... why is this if they are not issuing credit?

    Ive not used it, but the credit check is likely to be proof you actually exist and your details are correct, and you havent been involved in any fraud cases. Just a guess of course.
