Confused about Gatwick to Hotel...

We'll be flying into Gatwick next month and after much back and forth I am a bit confused on how to get to our hotel :confused:

We are staying at the Holiday Inn Express - Earls Court (295 North End Road) and wanted to take the normal train (not the express!) from Gatwick so can someone help me with exact directions on HOW to get to the hotel from Gatwick airport PLEASE!!!
