When would be the best time to open a ISA or get the best deal? I fill my ISAs at the beginning of the Tax year and have used the NS&I for the last two years along with B&B and A&L the years prior to this.

Though often special offers crop up near the end of a tax year, except in special circumstances (eg taking a fixed rate ISA when rates subsequently rise sharply), it is best to open/add to your ISA at the start of the tax year in order to benefit from their tax-free nature for as long as possible.0
