To raise a few pounds (only 4.60) in total....
I posted an old mobile phone to Envirophone and 1 to Mazuma.......
AND to be expected..............niether have arrived.....both have been 'lost' in transit?
MM. I wonder who could have pinched them!
GGGRRRRRRR Im surprised these companies manage to get any stock....when they/and we have to rely on the Perilous Journey the phones have to make, via the Mail Sorting System.
I know its not much money...........BUT its so annoying and im afraid predictable that this has happened!!!!

Never had a problem with posting phones to envirofone or mopay and I have sent a lot to them over the years... always get my cheques which must mean they must always get my phones...
ps. you may want to change the title of your thread unless you actually have any proof of theft!?0 -
I'm pleased for you (seriously)
My phones obviously had to run the guantlet of different Sorting offices.0 -
I had this happen too when I sent my mums old phone off to Tesco for her to get points back, I think either 100 or 500 points. They said this never arrived. Again, it wasnt the points, it was just frustrating that you go to the effort of doing it and it doesnt turn up!!*Don't let the b******s get you down

Argh Yes youve reminded me........
I sent a phone to Tesco for points, about 2 or 3 years ago.....
That one didnt arrive either!
So now thats 3 phones that have been err 'lost'!0 -
Just a thought....
As neither Envirophone or Mazuma wanted the battery chargers sent.........the old phones wont be of much use, or value to the desperate 'Pats' that snaffelled 'em!0 -
i once sent 2 seperate sets of ink cartriges back for recycling and they never arrived.
or so the company said.

ive sent one recently to mazuma... not yet arrived... but it has onlt been a couple of days...0

For a £4.60 phone, proof of posting would be enough to claim that back from the POst office for non-delivery...0

sent last weds, arrived this monday, received cheque for £27 on wednesday
i sent it standard with C.O.P but thought it may have been lost.0 -
Hey,
Yer my phone was "lost" by RM - brought one from ebay - and it was special delivery
The package arrived empty, with some RM leaflets inside - I went through the usual complaints - post watch etc - then I decided to go to court with them (I had very good evidence that the phone was "lost" by RM) and what do you know - 3 days before court apperance they decided to settle "as a good will gesture" hmmm!!
DONT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT!!!0
