Loading mp3 music to mini iPod, please help

Hi

Finally got my mini ipod up and running, but cannot find in words of one syllable how to copy the load of mp3 songs (all on CDs) I already have created onto the ipod. I have loaded iTunes and have managed to copy an audio CD onto it. Is there some way just to copy & paste?

My daughter has an ipod mini and has just showed me how to do it.

Plug your ipod into your pc

On the itunes screen a new button should come up on the bottom right that looks like an ipod

Click it and a box comes up. Make sure 'Automatically update all songs and playlists' is selected and click OK

What I would do is to copy your music collection to itunes first by adding it to ur music library then plugging in your ipod. It should update the songs automatically by default.

If the ipod is plugged in while you are adding files to your music library, you will have to manually right click the ipod icon on the left hand pane then go on update.
