Just received a letter from them to say thanks for being a customer for a year and to show our appreciation we have credited £32 back into your account! It also said if you're with us for another year, we will do the same again next year.

It's not the first time they've been great. When we transferred from our previous supplier, the old supplier cocked up the process and billed us when they weren't our suppliers. Atlantic sorted it all out for us and gave us £25 off our bill as a way of apology when it wasn't even them that made the mistake!

We found them through a variety of different comparison sites who always put them at the cheapest and also commented on their excellent customer service. We got some money by transferring both gas and electricity through one of the comparison sites too, so we've done extremely well. :j

    :T Hi, We are really pleased with them too, we have been with them 2 years now and each January we have had 1 months payments back which this year was £79 so very pleased! Also customer services have always been fantastic and very helpful, it is such a nice experience dealing with a helpful company!

    thanksfor that info, i'm finding the whole thing a mine field but customer service is just as important as price. I think you've helped me make my mind up!

    yes i too cannot fault them.They recently changed to a freephone number which helps.Getting one months money back just makes you feel like you have gained a bit extra,plus i am sure i heard they are not putting their prices up until at least the spring,after everyone else has.

    I think they are fab too. When I phone up you are not left on hold for hours on end and you get to speak to someone in the UK which is great so the conversations are short and sweet!
    Our dream has come true... :D
