For a while now I’ve been unsuccessfully trying to play holiday videos from the Thomson site on Media Player.
This is the error message-
Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the specified protocol is not supported. In the Open URL dialog, try opening the file using a different transport protocol (for example, "http:" or "rtsp:").
I’ve tried changing this but it will not change, can anyone give me some ideas please?
TIA
