Its for two adults.
wanted to keep to round £300 or less with food and drink have seen some a/i tunisia and antalya and malta for 270 but even though checked weather cant make out if hot enough for beach or not as reports vary so much.
tenerife and lanzarote are hotter but prices jump right up near £350 -£400 which is too dear for a week.
have seen some apt in tenerife for £168 but depends how much food /drink is there to be added on to the cost (dont mind making picnic for beach for lunch).
Really the cheapest hot place to go0 -
Ahhh I would go for the apt in Tenerife for £168.
I found this for you https://www.canaryforum.com/tenerife/food.html so it may help you to choose.

Did you find anywhere Strawberry? We are looking for something very similar... warm and sunny for 2 adults for 5-7 days flying late evening on 8th Feb or anytime 9th Feb as cheaply as possible! We are nearest to Stansted but could also fly from Birmingham, Norwich or any London airport. If you have any links I'd be grateful.“A journey is best measured in friends, not in miles.”

Just about to send a reply when i got an urgent call for work - just come in to find i had rushed out so quick id left the heating on all day - so much for money saving.
I tried to find somewere with a temp of 21d or more as i was going off body heat.
4 * or more and all inclusive.
Found Birmingham does seem to be dearer to fly from than Manchester
Tunisia Skanes (worldwide) £300 from Bham
Tunisia Monastir 'Vime Helya Beach' £262 from Manchester
Tunisia Hammamet 'Phenicia' newly refurbished , looks nice, and i did see it a lot dearer at over £500 but its on offer at £329
The others were cooler places
Turkey Antalya Beach Club Doganay 17d temp £272 (A lot of things closed cos its winter but it did look nice)
Malta 17d temp qawra 'canifor Hotel' £219 although this did look like something from 'Hotel inspector' before she does her stuff.
I then checked out the Hols for the next school break i thought these would be lot dearer being Easter and being warmer.
Some of the Turkey ones are cheaper at Easter . ,although the Vime Helya Beach tunisia was £100 dearer i did find one cheaper than Feb 'El Mouradi' in Skanes for £254.
So if you can wait it may be better to go then if not there are some good prices. Unfortunately none any further afield. Good Luck0
