Please can anyone help??
My daughter's laptop is playing up - probably a virus but I've run the usual virus checks & spybot etc.
I'm trying to do a system restore but the system restore page just comes up as a blank page
- any ideas?
If it were my computer I would have given up and done a system recovery by now with the recovery discs but hers is a third hand laptop and she wasn't given any recovery discs.
My real question is can they be made again if a previous owner made them before and if so how??
Thanking you!!

Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

Aaah you will need the advent recovery CD as you cant create the CDs they are shipped with the PC its self, maybe contact Advent as they may have one spare or left in the stores or something I expect it may cost aswell.
Actually the Techguys now do the recovery media for Advent
