B&W Laser Printer recommendations?

Hello MSE's,

Anyone recommend a black and white laser printer?

Has to run on an Apple Mac running Leopard Operating System (Mac OSX v10.5)

Best comprise: printer/cartridge prices and quality appreciated.

Yes, i'd strongly recommend samsung. Great little units for not much money. Their colour laser is not much over £100 :beer:

Another vote for Samsung - have had a mono one (ML-1410) for 7 or 8 years, and a colour one (CLP 500) for around 4 years - no problems at all, and networking through the NAS drive was simple and just ...worked.

Pgilc - do you have one of the new colour ones, love the clp500 but would have to borrow a forklift to move it...

i got my Brother HL-1450 BW laser printer off ebay for 4 quid!
like new!

Thanks folks - looks like the Samsung it is then.

I stumbled across ballicom quite by accident - they have the Samsung at about forty quid.

Luckily they accept Amex cards - so that's another 5% off.
