how much does it cost to move boiler

Dear All

I am thinking of getting a conservatory. The boiler(gas) vent is outside in the back. I can get a samll 3x3 m without moving the boiler. However if I want to get big P shaped conservatory I need to move the boiler probably in the same room from one corner to the other corner.
Can any one suggest how much does it roughly costs
Is it worth moving the boiler to get big conservatory (doest it add that much to house value). The big one is about £4000 expensive compared to 3x3m.
Is it necessary to get only corgi registered plumber
How much does the conservatory adds up to the house value?

Depending on the age /model you might be able to overcome the problem with flue extensions.

We had a big conny built nearly 3 yrs ago. We needed to move our multi point. It was 22 years old and was £600 to move, or 1k for a brand new good one where we wanted it so went for that.

think you are looking at 400/600 to move the boiler, if it can be done.

re the conseratory and the value. you will prob get the value back on the house price but only up to a point. peeps wont pay say an extra 20k just cause thats what you paid for it.

think its more of a saleable house with a conservatory than without though.
