Talktalk IPs blocked?

I'm going have to start recording and compiling all these Talktalk niggles (isn't just the broadband) that I come across. No major problems but all these small things can add up. No point in paying for a substandard service and I'd call it substandard to not allow access to a website even if it's only one while others can access it fine."She is quite the oddball. It gets worse. I tried sending an email to Xara support about it (in case TT don't respond to me) and it was rejected (I sent it through gmail) as the domain/user doesn't exist! Same happened to my Outlook email even though I don't use TT's smtp server."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Well I posted this on the internet board (under the talktalk thread) as well and it seems there are other TT customer's who can't view it but at least one who can, and yet another who can't view it but is with three internet. If there's a larger multi-ISP problem then hopefully that means it's worthy of someone's attention to fix."She is quite the oddball. Im with talk talk and I download a lot of films also watch p2p tv and I can visit that site with no probs. I cant think of a reason why they would block that certain site if it was a torrent site then that would be understandable. Seems strange to me:j Arsenal fru & fru :j0

Tried reconnecting to talktalk to get different IP addresses and same thing. If I go through a proxy then I can view it fine (although POST functions aren't usually available with free proxies). So anyone else with Talktalk having problems and any suggestions? I doubt Talktalk will respond for a long time if I ask them about it.
Not unusual mate. I worked on the helpline of an ISP for close on 10 years. Would get a few of these every day. I always changed the proxy settings and like you say it starts working. The transparent cache is prone to this kind of problem now and again. The chances are they'll clear their cache out just in the same way you do and it will work again. Unfortunately like you say it could take days and in my place would be at a priority of -10. The only way this would change if dozens of people started ringing up with the same issue.
Hope this helps.

The chances are you are being routed through another server.

After reading this thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=693379 I realised I can't access digitalspy either so it must be related to the same thing. I could definitely access it about a week ago."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Yes I still can't access it but I can still see it through a proxy. I keep changing my IP (disconnecting/reconnecting router) but still same problem. I've sent them a message (using a proxy) but no response yet, although maybe there won't be if there's certain routing problems, like there seem to be with www.digitalspy.co.uk."She is quite the oddball.
