I have taken some of your advice and will concentrate on trying to improve my history with a high interest credit card (as thers no chance of me getting a regular one) and I have just applied for one (they could not even give me an instant reply... but I'll be patient and see what comes through the post)
Besides, I have done the maths and it looks like I would gain more interest putting £300/month into my ISA than maxing it out with a 0% card (as I would have to pay transfer charge on the credit).Working towards:
