BT landline texts - do you get charged?

i am on the together package 3 with bt as my other half is on maternity leave and uses the phone during the day. with this package we are supposed to get 200 texts free per month yet every month i get billed for the texts she has made. every month i have to ring bt and for about an hour try and explain what has happened. eventually they put a fault complaint in and i am supposed to be refunded but they say the texts are only for landline numbers. i have asked where this is printed on the website but they cannot find it.

i wondered if anyone else used the landline to make texts and whether they got charged for mobile numbers.

we also have alot of numbers on the phone bill from december which we havent made. they say that we might have a crossed line but why would it be crossed for a few days and then nothing since?

thanks

matt
