i just received my bill and have been charged different rates for calling the same number at the same time (one hour apart, on a weekday evening)
i combed through the bill a bit more and spotted lots of inconsistencies - including 16p ex VAT for a 2second call to a mobile - something is clearly wrong with their billing system, hopefully i can chase them up for a repayment too0 -

OTOH, you could be using 18185 and paying much less.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
