iPoints problems seem to be in the past (hopefully) and I'll echo the post below;CharlotteandEden wrote: »Hi I just thought I would add my ipoints experience. I have never had a problem with ipoints. Maybe I am one of the "lucky ones", but everyday I get points awarded and have cashed them for many things such as books from Amazon, Cd's, dvd's from Sendit and items from Prezzybox. The items have always arrived and I have never needed to email them. I personally think Ipoints is a great idea and have referred many friends and family to them whom have never had a problem also. I use a lot of other rewards sites and personally think Ipoints is the best for the points being awarded quickly and being able to get rewards quickly.
I've redeemed just over 100k of points in the last couple of months on a variety of things and without exception they've been processed and dispatched very quickly (vouchers, Amazon sourced items and SendIt DVD's).0 -
This was quite a few years ago (when the rewards were more generous) but I saved up for ages for M&S vouchers, £120 of which were sent to me in the post but never arrived. I made several attempts to sort this out with ipoints who whose attitude was very poor - they didn't seem to care at all. Eventually I just gave up as it was clear from their emails that they were not prepared to do anything about it. As I say this was a good 4 or 5 years ago and I have not used them since."The happiest of people don't necessarily have the
best of everything; they just make the best
of everything that comes along their way."

I have been collecting ipoints for about 18 months now and everything was perfect up until a month ago.
Ipoints decided to not add my points from my ipoints credit card.I must of sent 15 messages to them in the space of two days until eventually they added my points from October,November and December statements.
But at first they used every excuse in the book saying, there was a big delay from the card company(halifax),then they said they only had Octobers statement but it was unreadable
I contacted Haifax credit cards department and asked if there was any problems, they said not at all, they also wrote to me.
Eventually like magic thet gave me my three months points from my card.
I have just asked for my January point, but it as started again, the same excuse exactly word for word replies to my enquiries.
They also have recently taken a thousand plus points from my account saying they had accidentally already awarded these points twice.
If you are experiencing these problem,DO NOT take no for a answer.
Ipoints are treating loyal subscribes to their site like dirt who they make a lot of money from.
Please complain. This is a ipoints number that Halifax Bank as given me.It is unfortunately a answer phone-02078192820,Email them and phone them.Get what is yours.0 -
There are 50 free ipoints if you sign up for a free fitting to control power of your shower.

Elsewhere here in this forum thread it says 10 ipoints=4 pence. So perhaps 20 pence say.
If you had joined TopCashBack and got this same shower water saver, you would have got 50 pence.
And not had to wait to withdraw it once the merchant paid TCB, unlike Ipoints where you have to have enough ipoints minimum before being allowed to get a voucher that can be used like money, instead of some rubbishy toy you do not really need.
I still do Ipoints emails, and only recently decided not to waste time doing their tedious surveys for more ipoints, but at 3000 ipoints to a mere £10 Asda Voucher, it takes too long now to get decently rewarded for all the time spent.
I feel MutualPoints is better, 3000 points gets a £20 cheque.
Both site's emails give 5 points a click, so MutualPoints are worth twice as much.0
