This week, Ipoints (www.ipoints.co.uk) have launched a new site. There are separate forums on the MSE site where many people are dissatisfied and upset that their points have been lost, and are never awarded on time or not at all.
We all use loyalty programmes after finding the lowest price and following Martin's advice (ipoints, topcashback, nectar estores... etc) but this week they've changed their website and seem to have deleted all the missing points enquiries or just 'close' them.
Also, they've removed their phone number from their website and after looking extensively for an e-mail address, they don't reply, or take months too.
Furthermore, ipoints did not give it's savers a warning that they would be removing all the good rewards (such as amazon.co.uk vouchers, sendit.com vouchers, boots vouchers etc) and many people who were saving for these now have one heck of a lot of points and are very annoyed.
Ipoints don't seem to care about the people who save points (and make them money). They are affiliated with amazon.co.uk and play.com for example and even contacting their top affiliates does nothing to give ipoints a kick to get better. Ipoints don't seem to care.
Could this be on IT PAYS TO WATCH or can Martin advise what to do, because this has left many people feeling very uncomfortable, annoyed and angry (and even upset). The company should respect the people who click through and make them money. But half the time they're not even awarding points (equal to only a fraction of the commission they get paid).

Can ipoints savers' add their situation regarding the delay in getting points (or not at all) and in cases when they've been saving right up for a voucher (for example) but then had the shock of a lifetime when they saw ipoints have removed the option to claim rewards such as these.
They should have given us a warning they would be removed, shouldn't they?0 -
i logged into the new site yesterday, and im sure my total points has gone done.
i was saving for a leisure voucher which has been removed  there's nothing on the site that i particularly need or want in terms of rewards. i never shopped through them, just took advantage of the free points through clicking on emails, doing surveys (stopped this as i got fed up of points not being awarded), and the quick polls (which seem to have be removed).
im just shy of 5000 points, but im sorely tempted to cash the points in for something i can give as a present or sell on ebay and knock them on the head all together. im fed up of missing points and moving goalposts. i'd be better off investing my time with other more reliable survey companiesknow thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0 -
Hmm, so if they've removed their contact details from the new site, and it's only possible to get that from a search engine cache (thanks to Browntoa for finding one), aren't they breaking the law?0

Never mind me.There must be gremlins in my machine today.I just used my own link and ended up at ipoints again.Technology eh?"Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0 -
iPoints is part of the Maximiles group, I believe UK people have the iPoints site, whilst various European countries have Maximiles sites. This all started appearing when iPoints site was rebranded to the pink colourscheme a few weeks ago, and some people have had trouble with either their logins not working or balances being wrong. Your best bet is probably to have a read of the existing large iPoints thread0
