Derbyshire/Nottingham car boot type sales
Options
Hi, not sure if this is the right forum to post in but....am looking for a car boot type sale as kids have had a clear out and we have quite a bit of stuff to get rid of. Not suitable for e bay really so thought would do table top[/car boot so kids can earn some money. We have done Derby cattle market Sunday car boot before a few times but am not over keen for a variety of reasons. I just wondered if anyone know of anywhere else I could try? We are hoping to to do oine in the next few months and live on the Nottingham side of Derby. Thanks a lot

Tansley car boot on Sunday, then there are Calverton and Brinsley but not sure which days. There is also an indoor "car boot" at Botany Avenue, Mansfield which I think is also on Sundays.
But- Tansley is the biggest but may not be on until February some time.
Might see you there as our loft needs a serious sort out.0 -
Hi phebe3,
You should get more replies on the England board so I've moved your thread across for you.

We're not real hard-core booters, but we've had 3 big clear-outs over the last couple of years and each time took over £100 for general tat, clothes, books and household stuff at Hucknall car boot. It's near the M1 junction and tram station and starts at about 7 ish on a Sunday. Each time we were done by lunchtime, so not bad for a few hours! I think they start up again around Easter.0

Hiya
Brinsley car boot is Saturday mornings - early set up between 6 and 7 I believe.
I think they also do one on a Wednesday afternoon?
Calverton and Tansley are both Sunday's.
Tansley as someone said is a big one.
Hucknall also do Thursday afternoon's I believe.
