Oh I am disappointed - I must be too trusting.

Come on Chameleon - are you going to spill the beans.

I don't think it would be very fair of me to publically name her. Maybe she will see the thread and own up

Is she an OS regular?

Well, looking at her posting history she does read and post to OS but I don't recall seeing any of her posts on the Daily thread ;)

It really would be a shame for her to get into trouble over copyright issues, especially if she really didn't realise. Maybe it would be a kindness to PM her and point her in the direction of this thread so that she *does* read it and realise that she might have to make a few amendments to her blog and maybe rethink precisely what she puts into her book?

She doesn't actually say that the photo of a pantry is hers, nor that she is the blonde, its merely an avatar. The "This is my pantry" is at the top of the Pantry page and is not relating to the photo, just a bit of bad photo placement.
Give the lady a break, she was doing it with the best intentions by the look of it.

No she doesnt actually say the photos are of herself or her pantry but if she is saying This is my pantry and there was a pic under it i would presume it was of her own pantry and not some random one found on the net and posted on her blog.

Thats what I thought when I first looked at it, but its not like that, I think maybe you've been a bit harsh and should look at it from her POV. She just shoved a photo in to make it more interesting. Not everyone is brilliant at making websites.

  • and did she just "shove" in all the recipes from OS to make it or her sound more interesting?

She can answer herself about that one, I was merely pointing out that having a go for the photos isn't really fair. You know she comes on here, maybe you should be a bit nicer? :D
