Mp4 Driver Disc Software help!?!

Hello! I bought an mp4 player the other day but the software is not installing!

Its getting to 99% then saying theres an error and to 'contact the provider'

Hooooowever the provider I think from what a friend said its the one which was given free with accounts not so long ago? Thus there is no product maker ect on the disc or box or manual!

Having tried to do it the old fashioned way,I tired installing it thru adding hardware then the installation disc and it said something about it not being digitally signed for Windows Xp,toh in the book it ses 'Works with windows xp'

I need the software you see! Any help would be very much appreciated!

There should be an option ot ignore it and carry on. What exactly is the software and do you actually need it? If it is for trasnferring fiels it may be you can just drag and drop files to the MP4 player using windows if it sees it as removable storage.
It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die

Im presuming its to install software to convert files to Amv files. However when I tried to convert some on an independent site it didnt work at all so ive reverted back to getting the software to work.Basicially I have no songs on my mp4 because nothing will transfer onto it,well apart from one voice file.
