Aqua card statement

Hi all,
I've got a credit card with 'Aqua' and am going through my statements to check for charges. I've never gone through my statements before(I know I'm a naughty girl:rolleyes: ) and I'm looking at this statement and have no idea if I am 'reading' it right.
Does anyone else have one of these cards and could they please help me out. What I would like to know is in the 'summary of charges' box there is a
Late payment fee £12.00
Overlimit fee £12.00
Returned payment fee £12.00
and these are there every month. Are these actual charges or just a reminder of what I will be charged if I 'break the rules'?
I hope this makes sense and if anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thank you,

No, this is a reminder every month of what the charges are on the card.
If you look on the next page where you would see your transactions, this is where you would have been charged.
