Rewire nearly 4k

Hi all,

Just had a quote from a reccomended electrician for the rewire of 4 bed house in manchester.

£3700 including plastering.

Had a major headache getting someone down to quote (someone who is part p etc etc).

Downside is he says it will take nearly three weeks:confused:

five days for chasing and first fix, three to five days for plastering (see previous thread) and two to three days for final fix, testing and paperwork.

Any thoughts?

It will be one electrician and a helper doing the job.

Nelly does this look all right. Someone we trust recommended this guy but does the price timescale look reasonable?

Thanks
