has anyone tried to investigate a house how likely it is to be hit by a global warming?
The word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.

Not a small hill in the shadow of a much bigger hill that has a big lake at the top of it!
Remember: if you buy a house half way down a hill, the stuff from above can come down and get you as well as the rising floodwaters coming up to get you. Boscastle was flooded from above, not from the sea.0
