Please Help -Need help selling house

Hi, Can someone please help me. I currently own a property in Derry City. I bought it when I was at college in the early 90's (in one of my more sober moments). I would now like to sell and move out of the city.
My problem is that I suffered a breakdown a number of years ago. I still struggle with depression daily. I need to move out of the city but I know that I will not be able to cope with the stress of selling the house. I am on my own. Is there some way or some one\consultant that I can hand the nitty gritty of the selling and dealing with the vendors over to for a fee.
This site has been fantastic so far. The language is clear and concise. Well done to the the creators and the contributors. Here's hoping that someone can help. Thanks

A good agent should do this anyway. A friend of relative perhaps?0

In your case youll need a good estate agent, and a good solicitor.
Ask around. see if someone can recommend either.
YOu need to find an agent you can trust, as you dont want them mithering you if you are recovering. But you also need to be able to trust them to get on with it. Maybe go into a number of estate agents and work out which one you like the most. Which ones seem the most efficient and likeable? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0
