Bose - Great service

Just thought I would post about the great service we received from Bose, when we ordered our Sounddock from them.
We received several updates as to the status of our order and then confirmation of when it would be deilivered. We arranged for the item to be delivered to our home address, but then realised that we would be at work when it was to be delivered. We contacted Bose (on their freephone customer service number) and were told it wouldn't be a problem at all and delivery could be rearranged. The item was delivered to my work with out any hassle at all. This made a nice change after dealing recently with a number of companies who were very awkward about delivery addresses.
We had to contact Bose again as our Ipod would not connect properly to the sounddock. They sent out an alternative connector, free of charge and again were very friendly and helpful throughout. (Just as an aside, if you are in any way dissatisfied with the item you have ordered, you can return it free of charge within 30 days which I believe is very reasonable)
I would recommend them to anyone.

    The prices are justified when you actually listen to their products. the sound is far superior to anything else on the market for the size of the units.

    The sound docks are supposed to be decent, although I'd recommend everyone does some internet research before buying any of their larger products - everyone seems to slate their home theater systems and stuff.

    I'm pleased to see that you do get some good customer service for the price though.

    People who slag them off usually are Hi-Fi snobs who dont listen to there products, I'm not saying all the products are top, but i purchased a Bose Wave Music player last year, and the build quality and sound more than justifies the price. Also me and my partner visited the store in Regent Street and the demonstrations were informative, entertaining and we were not treated like we didnt deserve to be there (B&O listen!)

    I too have had excellent service from Bose when buying the QuietComfort® 3 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® headphones. A really good interaction with a very polite and helpful customer service bloke (on the phone) made the whole experience worth the hit on the bank account. Goods delivered within 5 days to my work address despite being warned that there could be a delay because of the ferry strike.

    Because of the high level of service I would use them again.

    I have had the bose sound dock for over a year now, its the best for sound by far. Unbelivable considering the size of it. Had expensive hi fi seperates before but this little box has a huge great sound,everyones who hears it is amazed. Well worth the expense, and with the wonders of the i-pod the skys the limit.
