Why Cant I Transfer My Balance To Another Card??? :-(

Hi.
I have a capital one credit card which I have had for 5 months (They increased my credit limit after 2 months) so I was pretty happy with the card but I have noticed that their interest rate is pretty steep (34.9 %) and thought about transfering my balance to another card.
The trouble is every card I apply for turns me down, so I'm wondering why I was able to get a card with capital one but nobody else will give me one?
I have always paid the full amount on the card early up until this month where I have been paying it in installments as I am in the process of moving so need any spare money for that..
It just seems very odd and annoying that there are great balance transfer offers out there but I cant have them :-(

You need to ba a bit more specific with your credit history....there mite be a clear reason why you are being turned down by other cards
Also I would suggest making your NUMBER ONE priority paying this card off as soon as humanly possible! IMO Sub prime cards like this are NEVER ment to be used without paying off in full every month.
I know you need other money for the move but put it this way, you are paying interest at the rate of nearly 7x the bank of england base rate! ....I think even an overdraft will be less interest than this card!
borrow the money from family, or get it any other way and pay off this card asap! Then worry about getting other cardsINCREASE INTEREST ON SAVINGS!
