Just a quick update on things. Spoke to EA yesterday (sound fed up of me ringing lol) who advised us to wait till wednesday ATLEAST before accepting the offer as in his opinion it is "too low". My negotiator will be ringing me on wednesday and we'll take it from there.
So now totally do not know what we should do.0 -
Wooo hoo just accepted an increased offer of 106K.0

Congratulations, that's a hell of a jump in offer price!
Hope all the surveys etc go ok and it all goes through.I beep for Robins - Beep Beep

double congratulations, you have sold and also seem to have found an EA who has earned his/her fee in negotiating you the best price.
I am speechless!0 -
I would delete this thread. Seriously. You do NOT want them to find out that you were on the verge of accepting £8.5k less.
I'd bank on them trying to errode some of the increased offer anyway, if the slighest thing comes up on the survey. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
OMG never thought of them finding this! how do I delete it?
Oh and thanks every10
