Downloading pictures from flickr - is there any software to download?

Hi,
My hard disk has got corrupted now. But, luckily I have got my baby's photos on flickr now and I could download the original sized picture to my hard disk. But, it’s a lengthy process…as I can download only one photo at a time. I did a search on the net and there is a software called flickr backup which downloads all the photos in a batch…in one shot. I tried to install this software…but, for some reasons I couldn’t make this software work.
Has anyone tried downloading pictures from flickr before? Is there any easy way of doing?
I really appreciate your help
Thanks in advance

  • The corrupted hard drive can be recovered with software from Steve Gibson at www.grc.com. The software will run from a floppy disk and very good results can be achieved so dont reformat it just yet. RE flickr I put photos up there but never tried to d/load in a batch. Dont think you would need to install any software either to do this.
