Urgent help needed for charity - NW London!

OK, this is a genuine request from a registered educational charity I'm involved with. We're having to move offices by Jan 31st at the very latest and we have to get our new offices set-up in, well, not much time. We don't need the world - just a false wall taking down, moving back and another false wall built with two double doors (which can be re-used from what's there now). We need some other chipboard shelving removing, lights checked (15 1200 by 600 2 tube lights which will need new louvre diffusers )..plus a lick of paint. We simply can't afford crazy money and we can't afford any of the 5 quotes we've already had! As a last resort I thought I would try the good people at moneysavingexpert.com. Our new offices are in Childs Hill in NW London near Golders Green. If anyone out there knows anyone at all be it chipie, sparkie, painter who is free next week then please please call! The office is about 1,000 sq ft btw and is just on one floor. If you can help in any way possible then it would mean we can provide a great space for our 500-600 volunteers ...and also mean that we won't have a sleepless weekend!

cant you get some handy diyers out of your 600 volunteers?
surely 1% of them could help out?

Thanks. We would get some volunteers to help but there is electrical work, plastering and joinery so we need it done safely ..h+s and insurance and all that. Painting though is a possibility!
