    Folks are going to think that there's something wrong with it at that price, stick on 20% and make them knock you down.

    Or, maybe, pot plants?

    You'd think that on first viewing, but if you look closely at the agent's details, you'll see that they do an aerial photo and that's got to be worth a few extra quid on anyone's sale price.

    what is the dangly thing hanging over the back of the bath ? the toiler roll looks as if its tied onto a tap with a bit of string - just looked at the slide show and its the shower unit at the back and the plug at the front ....

    She has a point, that really might put folks off paying £3.5m for a two bed, new build flat in Pontefract, even one with an aerial photo.
