Plumbing quote

I'm having trouble getting plumbers to turn up never mind give a quote and here is my first one.
£4800 for a full replumb of a 4 bedroom house
Fit 12 rads
Install a worcester bosh greenstar 440 highflow.
Install a bath, sink, toilet and shower.
Rip out existing bathroom and remove a gas fired heater
Remove some old pipework and a water tank.
I will provide boiler and rad, pipes etc. While I was typing this I got my 2nd quote which is much cheaper, he has quoted for the above work and includes supplying everything for £4300.
Seems like a bargain for all in at £4300.

I recently installed the same boiler and 14 rads , the boiler, controls, rads , pipework and valves alone cost 2600, which with the quote you got leaves £1700 to cover the labour for the CH install and the materials and labour for the replumb never mind the time to remove the old pipework and CH system. I charged £1000 for that job and that was cheap as it was for a relative, ok I also did a complete replumb gratis but as I had all the boards up anyway that wasn't a big deal, house was empty as well so no lumpng stuff around. To be honest todo that sort of job for probably what is going to amount to £1400 labour knowing the time involved seems to good to be true to me.
Ignoring materials a more realistic cost for the labour would be £3000. Are you sure the second quote is off a corgi reg installer?Starting MB- looking for Raf offers.
