I cant get it to work either, keeps telling me i've entered the incorrect details.
On closer inspection it looks like its only open to people who've received a treat pack, see below.

"Please check that you are using the details from your free treat pack when filling in the claim form"

Not everyone has a problem. I asked for a back massage and received a back massage in a spa close to me. Lovely experience, although the lady said Nectar had put them on their promotion without informing them, but she was cool with it as long as it brings in new business.

seems you need to have a personal invite ... just selected members

I rang Nectar a whilo ago regarding this and was told that the offer is only available for people who has received a letter from them. When I asked how they choose those selected people? I was told it's for those who has spent a lot of Nectar points and that's not me since I want to save my points for something special.

My boyfriend got one of these invites and he hardly ever uses his Nectar card lol! (maybe once or twice a year if that?) He applied for his treat but got sent something different in a place thats miles way lol!

It lets you submit your details online, so will see if i get a voucher without an invite.

I got the invite, (I don't use Nectar a lot, but bought a cooker from Sainsburys online this year). Asked for Reflexology or Reiki, got - a family day out!!! Passed to DD1.
