Not sure if this is be right place but need some help ASAP
PIL hve booked holiday with a company, called on the 15/1 to pay by visa and were told payment would not go through. Called again 16th and still told it wouldnt go through. called bank tody and they say payment went through on the 15th and have a authorising code for the transaction. Company still saying they havent received payment.
What do we do now? Who to contact?
They are due to travel in 3 weeks so need this sorted asap.
Thanks for all help.

Has payment actually left PIL 's account (not just authorised but actually debited )?
If not ask them for their banking details and arrange a CHAPS payment at your bank tomorrow. This will cost you around £30 but at least the holiday will be saved.
If the transaction has been debited ask the bank for a copy statement showing the transaction and then send them a copy.0 -
Thats what i thought, that it was authorised but not debited but bank insist it has left the account..
He is going to call again in morning so hopefully it will be sorted, FINGERS CROSSED.0 -
