Yes you can get them with the e-mail even if the tickets have been posted out. It should say on the e mail just to take it along as proof that the tickets have been allocated to you, just in case they don't arrive in time.

Is there enough time for your cousin to get the tickets to you by Special Delivery? It costs £4.30 for delivery guaranteed by 1pm the next day, a bit pricey for a letter IMO but worth it for the peace of mind if you have a long way to travel etc.

ive received 2 email saying i have tickets for tom evening however is this a duplicate email or have i actually got 4tickets how do i know???

Are your e mails worded identically? They seem to differ slightly depending on which password you used when applying. I haven't heard anyone say that they have had duplicated e mails for the same pair of tickets so you may well have four tickets. :j

That's just a guess though. You could try phoning to check, there's a phone number posted somewhere in this thread that some people have had success with when trying to get through.

I aslo had this problem last week wednesday, i had an email in my name x 2 but 46 mins apart and so did my husband, so we thought we had 8 tickets,so 6 of us went, when we got to the ticket office the girl said we only had 4 tickets as they were duplicates so when i pointed out the time difference on each email she still said you can only have 4 tickets, so i told her there are 6 of us and she said as a gesture of goodwill she can give us another 2 tickets and pulled out a pile of tickets and started looking through them but said we wont be sitting together we said ok thats fine she gave us some for block E row 10 and our original ones for block E row 11 but block E was a bit empty so all got to sit together and had a great night.

I also received an email confirmation for today's show but I only saw the email just now.
I think that the organiseres use the promotion as a back up to try to fill the auditorium, so if they dont sell enough tickets by a certain time they release the "winners" with the hope they can still make it.

My mate went last friday and said that there were pelnty of empty seats (but loved the show nevertheless!)
