Just print it off, if you want some sort of ID, get a temporary Boots card

Print the email and just take it to the right hand side desk at the entrance to the tents. If they say anything, tell them the truth - that you were given them by a friend. I doubt they say much else. I have never been asked for Id or anything else. Get there early for best seats .... Enjoy!

Print off the e mail and take it with you. They probably won't check your ID. If you are worried then is it possible to ask the person who gifted you the tickets to send you a second e mail explaining this to the organisers? You could then produce it if asked for ID.
As long as the e mail addresses on both e mails match then it should be no problem.

Example:
To the organisers of Afrika! Afrika! I have gifted my tickets to Mr & Mrs Yourname as unfortunately I am unable to use them myself.

Then you can use your real ID with no problem.

you can use the freetickets. There are transferable. Please take the confirmationmail at the counter. There you can pick up the tickets at the date of the event.
