I have never posted before - though I've been lurking for months - but having just seen afrika-afrika I had to post to say how brilliant it was.

We received 2 of the first email (you have a CHANCE to win two tickets for Sat 8th March) very late on Friday. Since we live quite near we decided to see if we could get in just with these. We didn't really think we would, but figured we would just have a meal, then watch the skaters or visit the cinema if we were turned away.

WE WERE LUCKY! We just announced that we had complimentary tickets to collect and the girl on the ticket collection desk barely looked at the print out - she just gave us our four tickets.
The next day eight of us decided to try the same thing again - but somehow, between the car and the tent, I managed to lose the print outs (saying we had a 'chance' to get tickets).

This time there was a lovely guy on the desk, and when I explained what had happened, he was so nice and gave us eight tickets for an executive box! I cannot belive that after trying to get tickets for so long, we finally managed to get to see this fabulous show.

We are on a very limited income, and could never have afforded to buy tickets, so this was an amazing treat for us all. My six year old declared it 'the best day of his life'.

If you are in the area anyway, you could always try the same thing - though you may be turned away of course.
