Using dialwise (0870 Access Number) with NTL

Hi
After using martins excellant international call checker I found dialwise (08444394646) is the cheapest to where I want to call at 3p per minute!

I was just wondering however, is 3p per minute the Total charge for using them or do NTL charge me something like 5p per minute and then dialwise charge me 3p per minute.

I'v only used call1899 and never used one of these access number services, are they as reliable (e.g. dont overcharge) as call1899?.

I was trying to find out how much NTL charge for 0844 numbers but wasnt having much luck.

am really confused so if anyone knows more about it then me it would really be appreciated :D

Thx again!

You pay your provider for the call at whatever rate they charge you.You dont pay anything to Dialwise. However if you dont get through , your providers min call charge usually applies.

NTL Tariff for calls to 08444 3 numbers is, PG10 ,(3p a min at all times).

Why not use https://www.voipbuster.com , your destination might be free to call.

This is from Martin's great callchecker site.
go to https://www.saynoto0870.com and it gives you a free phone number (or a cheaper number than 0870) 0870 is a premium number.
you just put the company name etc. I got a free number for my banking centre normally 0870 or 0845. They usually keep me waiting for ages and paying them money on 0870.

I think you might have the wrong end of the stick here.Dellboy is talking about using an 0844 cheap call access no,although he does say 0870 in his heading.

The site https://www.saynoto0870.com does not give you alternative geographical numbers to legitimate cheap call access numbers.Although its does have an interesting cheaper call forum.
