last minute U.K. Holiday?

For one reason or another, our kids were going on holiday with their other parents, and now these have been cancelled.
So we'd like to take them on holiday for the first or second week of August, at a holiday park prefereably in Norfolk or Suffolk coasts, but could travel a little further afield, if necessary.
Any one know of any good last minute deals for this sort of thing.
Self catering, preerably in a static caravan, with park entertainment,if poss.

Thanks
Elaine.

Its very expensive in August on all the holiday parks as its school holidays.. Its unlikely that you will find last minute bargains as many places are well booked.

I can recommend chalets on the Belleaire site at Hemsby. Club with entertainment on site but many others on the sites next door and on the road outside the site ( that make everyone welcome). Very reasonably priced compared to parks from big-name operators ( Haven, Butlins etc)

https://www.park-resorts.co.uk are cheaper than Haven and i can highly recommend their California cliffs site ( excellent indoor/outdoor pool, good club, brilliantly situated above the beach ). They have several sites in Norfolk/Suffolk.

I stayed at Kelling Heath near Holt a few years ago and really enjoyed it. Caravans were spread throughout the very large wooded site and there were many walks, bike rides, plus their own train station on the Poppy Line (Sheringham to Holt). If your children like nature then it is recommended.

They are children's daily events along a natural theme, and an evening entertainments programme. Also a health and fitness club and pool.
