    Hi there

Can't offer you much help I'm afraid but I'm sure someone more knowledgable will be along shortly.

It sounds as though you have a really tough time at the moment - do you have much equity in your house?

    Hi gina,

You really do need to speak to a professional advisor, and see what they advise.

How much is your house worth? Even if you do decide to go the bankruptcy route you may be able to keep your house.

Hi Gina and welcome to the board.

If you are not happy with CCCS then give National Debtline a ring. We can't say for definate if you should go BR or not as we don't know your full circumstances. If NDL recommend BR then we can offer you all the support you need and answer any questions you may have.

If you loose the house it is not the end of the world. Have a read of Scarletts thread for some inspiration.
