I have two email accounts set up on Outlook 2007. My problem is I can't separate the emails automatically when they arrive into the correct inbox.
I can choose the rule 'Where the name in the To box' but it doesn't let me choose a name or email address to add.
Please help.
Cheers

When you get the rules wizard pop up window up you have two white boxes the top one is where you put the tick next to a type of rule like "Where the name in the To box"
When you select one it should appear in the bottom box with one of the words highlighted in blue and underlined, click on that and it shuld prompt you to enter the name. The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.
