Round the World trips ?

Anybody know any good websites for information on how to go about organising this and cheaper flights/travel.

    www.airtimetable.com

has info on all RTW ticket options.

I'm going next mth and paying £1100 to book a return flight to S America then a return flight to Hong Kong + extra flights & bus/train journeys on top (would've had to book these anyway as the RTW options we were offered missed several of our must see destinations) instead of £2200 it would've been for a Oneworld Explorer ticket.

Where are you planning to go??

Thanks for the link, I shall have a read of that.

I want to go to Australia (Sydney) as my friend is getting married there.
New Zealand to see an old friend.
    Fiji
    Thailand
    Peru
    New York

No idea whether that's a possible route though.

is certainly possible. Peru would increase the cost a bit (as does most of South America).
Take out Peru and its a well adverised RTW ticket, probably about £1000-£1200
Cost always depends on what time or year you set off - starting in the school summer holidays or just before Xmas is usually the most expensive time.
Trainfinders & STA are both excellent. Submit an enquiry to them and they will give you a price.

If you're in Brighton I can strongly recommend Travel Nation. They know their rtw stuff for more complex routings.
