I am wandering how we go about putting a deposit down on the next property.........we obviosuly had the deposit saved up on my first house so what happens the second time around? Sorry for being dim!! :p

Whoever buys your house will pay a deposit to your solicitor, and that will be used as the deposit on your next house.
If you are upsizing, you may need to pay some additional monies for a larger deposit on the house you're buying.
  • Aha! Now that's how it works! Thank you very much

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
sometimes the deposit from yours is enough for the house above,
however the contacts will say if your in breach then you will be liable for the full 10%
