The historic centre has a 'small town' atmosphere whilst the giant ski area also shares a lift ticket with its close neighbours Keystone, Vail and Beaver Creek. The lower slopes are perfect for beginners and improving skiers, whilst higher up there is a great selection of cruisey blues and blacks. New lifts on Peak 7 have opened up some good powder bowls too!

The colourful main street with its traditional painted houses has some excellent shops, bars and restaurants and for those with the energy nightlife is good. It is a great all round destination with fast lifts, few queues and excellent facilities. As well as the vast regional ski area there is also a whole mountainside area of floodlit night skiing at Keystone nearby.

Accommodation is in a hotel room the Village at Breckenridge – a lovely 3* slope side property (subject to availability this may be substituted by an equivalent quality property nearby - all of a high standard and within a short distance of the ski base). Flights are ex London and may be direct or one-stop according to availability. Transfer and regional 6 day lift ticket also included. The holiday may be extended at an extra charge if required.

By entering this prize promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. The prize promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees (and their families) of AOL (UK) Limited, All America Holidays Ltd, and any affiliates or subsidiary companies, as well as representatives or agents of AOL, All America Holidays and Fairmont Hotels and anyone else who may be involved or connected with the prize promotion. Any entries submitted by agents or third parties will be invalid and will not be accepted by the Promoter.

2. You may enter this prize promotion by completing the online entry form.

3. The prize will consist of a 7 night holiday for 2 persons in Breckcenridge, Colorado, including flight, transfer, a 3-star accommodation and 6 days lift tickets.

(i) Travel to and from airports or places of departure is not included as part of the prize.
(ii) The prize includes flights and accommodation.
(iii) Flight/ticket restrictions apply and, where available, any upgrades will be the responsibility of the winner(s).
(iv)Accommodation is 7 nights for two persons in a standard room in The 3* Village at Breckenridge (or equivalent) on a room only basis
(v) The holiday may only be taken between 1 and 20 April 2007.
(vi) Travel insurance, visas and all necessary travel permits and requirements, such as having a valid and current passport and inoculations, are the responsibility of the winner(s).
(vii) The cost of any meals not included as part of the prize and all other personal expenses, spending money and any other incidentals are the responsibility of the winner(s).

4. The prize promotion closing date is 27/2/2008 (the "Closing Date") and any entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted by the Promoter.
5. The winning entry will be selected by an independent judge on 28/2/2008 and the winner(s) will be notified by email within 7 days. To contact you we will use the contact details supplied by you when entering the prize promotion.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted.
7. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries that the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or elsewhere. Illegible, incomplete, late or defaced entries will be disqualified.
8. The prize(s) must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternative prize(s) are available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions.
9. All prize(s) are non-transferable and where prize(s) consist of tickets to events, all such tickets are non-refundable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of an equivalent value should the prize(s) become unavailable for any reason. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the prize(s), then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize(s) to another participant.
10. A list of winners' names and locations can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Promoter after the Closing Date.
11. The winner(s) agree to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the prize promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winner’s name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the prize promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to any winner for such use.
12. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
