Capitol One - are the offers over?

I was a bit surprized to have some cap1 advertising arrive with 'special offer - hurry limited time only' on it, only to find the offer was 'a credit limit between £100 and £2500'. No 0%, no cashback, not even a cuddly toy...
I know there is a credit crunch going on but lets get real, thats not a tempting offer in any language I've ever heard of. Is this normal for Capitol one now?

Sounds like it's just a mailing aimed at people with poor credit history etc, for the 'Classic Visa Card'.

They have better cards. By the way, when I say aimed at people with poor credit history I don't mean specifically you. I get things every so often from Capital One and it's never consistent, i.e. sometimes it's for their pretty average cards, other times it's for the Classic Visa Card.
They once sent me three different mailings within two weeks, despite me previously returning a mailing from a few months previously asking them to remove me from their database and to not send anymore.0
