does anyone know if they accpet payment by Solo as I don't have any other cards?

I'm pretty sure that Solo is ok, not 100%, but maybe 95%!

Well, in for a penny, in for a pound, i'll have a stab at getting a room, either £1 or £29, still a good deal.

What i am wondering though, i want 4 consectutive nights, so will i be able to book 4 nights? and what if each of the four nights comes up at a reduced rate? will i be disqualified just because thats what rate the site is set to?

Ive just done a dummy run for my 4 nights, its comming up at £719 atm!!

    xx

Your chances are very slim. I think, from memory, it is only one night's stay that is £1, which is good because it is fair to everyone IMO.

EDIT: Well, not "fair to everyone" I guess, but it suits the majority!

Agreed. They seem pretty clear that they will cancel any bookings of more than one night at the promotional rate.
    Gone ... or have I?

It's about 5 minutes walk away from a Tube station so you can visit all the shops and sights!!

Theres plenty to see am do - I booked one of these rooms last time and off on Monday to stay and with the cost of flights etc its worked out to be an extremely cheap short break.

  • Wouldn't it be nice if, once the room sale is over, we could avoid the numerous posts - "It's all a con", "What a waste of time" etc.
If I'm lucky enough to get a room at £1 or £29 I will be well chuffed, If I don't, it's just the way 'the cake breaks' .

My daughter and I stayed there in November and it was fab. It is really close to the tube and not far from lots of things to do. The free breakfast is good ( fresh orange Juice, banana and a granola yoghourt ) all delivered to your room . My daughter wanted porridge so we went down for breakfast aswell and it was great. Apparently Jamie Oliver,s restuarant 15 is close by. Best of luck.
  • Hi,

does anyone know if you can book 1 room for £1.00 and another room for £29 please?

    Cheers,
    Karen
