If you want to completely remove the program files (not that they can do any harm now), you can delete the folder it was installed into. Your event log suggests this is "C:\Program Files\Ascentive\ActiveSpeed" but make sure you only delete it to the recycle bin at first to be safe.
Similarly, if it still shows entries for the program in your Start Menu, you can just delete these in the usual way.0
