I think the virgin card way is the most simple and if it can be done at 0% even better.

didn't realise you could just transfer money into an account from the virgin card, I have had to skim the article at the time being as im at work.

Just to add to what others have said and maybe provide a bit of clarification.

The Egg Money card is used by some people as a 'mule' card.

That way of going about things really isn't needed and just complicates things for some people and would of course mean making two applications and potentially missing out if the egg money application is declined.

As others have said, all you need to do is find a credit card that will transfer money to your current account or to pay off the loan directly.

So just go ahead with the Virgin card if that's best for you. If you don't have any luck you could try the Egg Card as that's 0% for up to 15 months (3% fee) - this is the visa card not the egg money mastercard as that has no 0% offer. They can do it directly to your loan or to your bank account.

Yeah ill try virgin and if no luck will try that egg master visa for a direct transfer to my bank.
